Single connection

Unless a package states otherwise, one active stream is allowed at a time. Sharing access or using multiple simultaneous connections may interrupt service.

Delivery and setup

Access details are delivered after successful payment. Customers are responsible for using a compatible device, application and internet connection.

Content and availability

Channel and VOD availability may change due to source updates, maintenance or regional conditions. No individual channel is guaranteed permanently.

Support and refunds

Customers should cooperate with reasonable troubleshooting. Refund requests are handled according to the 24-hour refund policy.
