24-Hour Guarantee
A refund may be requested within 24 hours of delivery when the service does not work after reasonable troubleshooting. Refunds are not provided for unsupported devices, insufficient internet speed, incorrect application setup, customer-side ISP restrictions or violations of the connection rules.
