I want to make it clear that he was always nice, help- and respectful throughout the whole process and I was always thankful for what he did in the DM's. No doubt, it's my mistake for not opening up a ticket right away or after him not responding anymore but I thought he's okay with me dm'ing him ever since I've purchased that service and needed support with it. After he pinged me in regards to that service, I've now opened up a support ticket and apologized in the hopes of clearing this up.

Very disappointed. Bought gold last month and now it's less worth. Thank you. Just kidding, idk what they're talking about, always having a smooth trade with you, never had any problems. Even if you aren't answering I got time to wait, you also have to rest. Sometimes you have to wait longer for a solution, you aren't a magician and as you said, your terms state that you aren't responsible for any ban wave, like it happened at YouTube, but you're trying your best to satisfy any customer with compensations you're paying out of your own pocket. I’ve been using their services for almost four years now and this is extremely disappointing. My spotify subscription has ended for almost two weeks now and still no help. I was told renew it on my own but the website is never working the seven days I’ve tried. I paid for one year of spotify and only received a month before it ended. 💔

Paid 160€ for a service, that service got banned after a few weeks but he didn't look for a replacement himself and when I sent him alternatives, it sometimes takes him days to respond or not at all even when asking multiple times.
