When does the process start?

On your first order we send a friend request. Riot requires you to stay on our friends list for seven days before a gift can be sent. Later orders are delivered without any waiting. Our account stock may refresh once a month.

Will there be delays?

During events or busy periods delivery can take up to 48 hours.

Is this safe?

The risk is low, but Riot may suspend an account for a few weeks, and longer if that account has had penalties before. We are not an official Riot partner, so the responsibility is yours.

Refunds and exchanges

Once the friend request has been sent, refunds and cancellations are no longer possible. Before delivery you can switch to different loot of the same VP value.
