How is my Smurf Markt Premium order delivered?
Delivery is automatic. As soon as your payment is confirmed, the account details appear on your order page and are also sent to the email address you used at checkout. In most cases this takes under a minute — there is no waiting for a seller to come online.
Can I change the email and password after purchase?
Yes, and you should do it first thing. Accounts are delivered with an unverified email wherever possible, which means you can attach your own address and set a new password immediately. That is what makes the account genuinely yours rather than shared. Full step-by-step instructions are included with every order.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers the account not working as described when you receive it — wrong details, access problems, or an account that cannot be secured to your email. Warranty length depends on the type you buy and is listed on the product itself. It does not cover bans caused by how the account is used after handover (scripting, toxic behaviour, chargebacks), since that is outside our control.
Is buying a game account safe?
Two honest points. On our side: payment is processed securely, delivery is fast and every order is backed by warranty and 24/7 support. On the game publisher's side: reselling and transferring accounts is against the terms of service of most publishers, including Riot Games, so there is always some inherent risk. Securing the account to your own email straight away and playing normally is what keeps that risk low.
Which server region will my account be on?
The region is shown on each listing — for example EUW, EUNE, NA, TR, LAN or LAS. Pick the region you actually play on, because moving an account between regions requires a paid transfer from the publisher and is not included in the price. Turkish (TR) accounts are marked separately since they can be transferred for a small fee.
What should I do if something goes wrong?
Open live support directly from the site. Support runs 24/7 and account issues are prioritised — have your order ID ready and the fix is usually handled in the same conversation.
