When does delivery start?

On your first order we send a friend request. Riot requires the friendship to be seven days old before a gift can be sent, so delivery starts once that window has passed. Later orders are delivered without the wait.

What do I need to do?

Accept the friend request, then message us on the support channel after the seventh day. That is all.

How long does it take?

Most orders are completed within a few days of the friendship window. Two things can slow it down, and both are outside our control:

• Riot's daily gifting limits. Every account can only send a limited number of gifts per day. When orders pile up, yours may move to the next day.
• Server transfer downtime. On days when Riot closes server transfers, gifts to the affected regions cannot be sent at all.

Because of this, delivery can take up to 14 days in busy periods. By placing an order you accept this delivery window.

Which items can be sent?

Choose what you want from the list at checkout. Very low-priced items cannot be sent — the daily gifting limit makes them uneconomical, so the list only contains items we can actually deliver. If you need one specific cheaper item, write it in the note field and we will do our best.

Is it safe?

The risk is low but not zero. We are not an official Riot partner. Riot may suspend an account for a few weeks or apply another penalty; if the account has earlier penalties, it can be longer. The responsibility for that risk is yours — you confirm this at checkout.

Refund or exchange?

Once the friend request has been sent, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. Before delivery you may swap your selection for different items of the same RP value.
