How PlayStation orders work

These are not redeemable codes for your own PSN account. You receive a ready-made PSN account that already owns the game or subscription, and you play from that account. Read the two sections below before ordering.

Game accounts — how you play

You receive the sign-in details of an account that owns the title. You add it to your PS4 or PS5, set your own console as the primary device, and play the game offline from your own profile.

Works the same way for every game in the list — the titles differ, the method does not.

Subscription accounts — PS Plus & EA Play

PS Plus Deluxe and EA Play are delivered the same way: as an account that already carries the subscription for the stated period.

The catalogue that comes with the subscription is played from that account.

What you cannot do

The account details cannot be changed. The email and password stay as delivered — this is not an account you take over and rename.

Offline play only. The game is played offline from your own profile; the account is not for online sessions.

Because of the two points above, these orders are not refundable. Please make sure this model suits you before you buy.

  • Your own PSN profile keeps your saves and trophies — you only need the delivered account to own the licence.
  • One order covers one title or one subscription.
  • If the sign-in does not work on arrival, open a ticket with a screen recording and we will sort it out.

Do I need to give you my own account password?
No, never. Legitimate delivery does not require access to your existing accounts. If anyone asks for your personal password to "activate" a subscription, that is a scam — walk away from it.
