Frequently asked questions about DC Universe
How quickly will I receive my DC Universe subscription?
Usually within minutes. Payment confirmation triggers automatic delivery, so your access details land on the order page and in your email within seconds. Nothing is processed by hand, which is why orders go through at any hour.
Why is it cheaper here than buying directly?
Lower prices come from regional pricing differences and bulk purchasing, not from anything shady. You get the same product; you just are not paying the retail markup of your own country's store.
Is the subscription private or shared?
It is stated clearly on each plan before you pay — some plans are private profiles, others are slots on a shared family or duo plan. If a listing does not make it obvious, ask live support and you will get a straight answer before you buy rather than a surprise afterwards.
What happens if it stops working during the subscription period?
That is exactly what the warranty is for. Every subscription is covered for its full duration — contact live support with your order ID and you get a replacement or a fix. Warranty length matches the plan you purchased.
Do I need to give you my own account password?
No, never. Legitimate delivery does not require access to your existing accounts. If anyone asks for your personal password to "activate" a subscription, that is a scam — walk away from it.
Which payment methods can I use?
Card payments, cryptocurrency and several local options are supported at checkout. Available methods are shown on the payment page, and the order completes automatically once payment clears.
